e-Waste Collection Event in Markham

Ontario York Region Heritage Lions Club will join Maple Lions Club co-hosting the e-Waste Collection in Markham at the last weekend of July. Details are as follow:

Date: July 27th & 28th, 2013 (SAT & SUN)

Time: 8am - 4pm

Venue: Milliken Mills Community Center

7660 Kennedy Road

(at the back by the recycling depot)

Items acceptable as electronic waste:

Computers, Laptops, Netbooks, All in One PC
Servers
Tablet Playbook, iPad
E-Readers
Mice, Keyboards, Webcams, Computer speakers
Printers & Scanners
Photocopiers Table Top
Phones & Fax Machines (Cordless, Landline and Rotary included)
Projectors (include overhead)
Monitors and Televisions (CRT, LCD, Plasma, Rear Projection, Console)
Networking products (Routers, Switches, Patch cables)
Cell Phones & Digital Cameras, Bluetooth, PDA's
Security Surveillance equipment (Home & Commercial systems)
Media Players (iPod, MP3, CD), Video
Game systems & controllers, Leap Frog, Vtech (Games included)
Radio, Speakers, Amplifiers, Electronic music equipment, Record Players, Cassette Players, Alarm clocks (tapes, VHS, records, & 8 tracks accepted)
